Shipping, without the mystery.

The supplier for the selected unit will ship each order directly from its United States fulfilment location. The Boil Test remains the seller of record and remains responsible for getting the order to you.

Where we ship

Launch orders will be available only to addresses in the United States. We do not accept international orders in the preview period.

Dispatch and delivery

The dispatch window, fulfilment location, carrier options and evidence-backed delivery estimate depend on the supplier and exact unit selected. We will publish those terms here and beside the price before the first order. The disabled shop button means no order can be placed before that happens.

Dispatch means the package has left the supplier's fulfilment location. Delivery is the carrier's estimate for arrival after dispatch. We will keep those two timings separate.

Cost and tracking

The shipping charge also depends on the selected supplier. Before ordering opens, the product page will show either “shipping included” or the exact shipping amount beside the price. There will be no separate handling or processing fee. Any applicable tax and the complete order total will appear before payment.

When the order dispatches, we will send the carrier, tracking number and current delivery expectation to the email used at checkout.

If an order is late

We will not promise a ship date without a reasonable basis. If we cannot ship within the stated dispatch window, we will send a delay notice with a revised date and explain the right to cancel. Where the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires consent, we will ask for it. If you do not consent, or if you cancel before shipment, we will promptly refund the full unshipped amount, including any shipping charge, to the original payment method.

If no ship time were stated, the federal rule would treat 30 days as the deadline for the first option notice or refund duty. We intend to state a specific, supported window before accepting orders.
